MCR Group provides Concierge Training at Navigation Square, Cork.

Tom McGahan, Operations and Training Manager for MCR Security, recently conducted Progressive Concierge Training for MCR reception staff based in the new Navigation Square office block in Cork City.

Located in the heart of Cork City’s commercial centre, Navigation Square is the largest and most significant office development to be undertaken in the area. MCR provide reception services to O’Callaghan Properties at Navigation Square, we are proud to provide services at such a prestigious location.

Operations and Training Manager for MCR Group, Tom McGahan, visited Navigation Square to provide specialized front of house training for the reception staff. Tom provided training to the staff on the different qualities and skills attributed to an excellent front of house/reception element at a corporate office like Navigation Square, such as exceptional customer service, communication skills and IT skills.
