  • 21 Charlemont

    21 Charlemont is 3,420 sq. metres of Grade A office space complete with a designer facade, balconies, a feature roof terrace and basement parking. The development has generous tenant amenities including changing facilities, showers, underfloor heating and bicycle parking in idyllic Dublin 2.

    MCR provide concierge, security and cleaning services at this prestigious location. A summary of our services provided at 21 Charlemont includes:

    • Concierge and front of house services
    • After hours cleaning services
    • A full-time caretaker
    • Service item supplies such as towels, sanitary bins and air fresheners

    Industrial Cleaning services at 21 Charlemont include:

    • Monthly Reach and Wash to internal and external windows
    • Full schedule of internal and external industrial works including treatments to the pavement and walkway, deep cleans to bathrooms, high level cleaning in common areas, wash and buff of reception floor and ad-hoc carpet cleans

    MCR also supply cleaning services to 21 Charlemont key tenant in the financial industry. Services provided to this client include:

    • Ordering and replenishment of pantry stock
    • Cleaning throughout the day
    • Evening cleaning
    • Kitchen set up and cleaning
  • Capital Dock

    Client: Aramark Property

    Contract Duration: 2018 – Present

    MCR have recently been awarded the Security and Cleaning contract at Capital Dock by Aramark Property.

    Security Services include:

    • 2 staff 24 hours/ 7 days a week
    • Monitoring the security on the estate
    • Dealing with all security issues
    • Monitoring the access control system – issuing access cards
    • Monitoring contractors on site issuing permits
    • Monitoring the car park and issuing permits for visitor parking
    • Assisting with maintenance issues
    • Monitoring and issuing keys to contractors
    • In conjunction with the clients in the buildings, preparing the evacuation procedures for fire and terror threats
    • Dealing with traffic during extra events that take place on the estate

    Cleaning Services include:

    • External cleaning and litter picking within common areas
    • Internal cleaning of two-storey basement and car parks including Security office
    • Cleaning after scheduled one off events

  • Citywest Campus

    Client: Citywest Campus

    MCR provide Security services at the Citywest Campus. Citywest is a 400 acre Campus with some of the world’s leading pharma and manufacturing plants located within it. The campus also holds a large number of offices and a commercial area. There is also a Luas stop within the campus that our team monitor. The Security requirement at Citywest includes mobile patrols, dealing with traffic incidents, dealing with illegal dumping and preventing trespassing and thefts.

    Our Team have two patrol vehicles and a full time monitoring station on campus viewing all access roads to ensure the community is safe and secure.

    Our Security operatives on site deal with:

    • Traffic collisions
    • Slips, trips and falls
    • Fallen trees
    • Flooding
    • Illegal dumping
    • Attempted car thefts
    • Attempted car break-ins
    • Maintaining public safety withing the campus
    • Ensuring the businesses located within the campus are secure

    Our team is equipped with the latest technology to provide an excellent service to throughout the campus that includes the use of body worn cameras, man down devices, the latest in CCTV technology and vehicle trackers.

    MCR also provide Security to the Construction company that are building new housing units and amenities in the immediate area, a whole new community will be developed over the next number of years and MCR Security will utilize its extensive experience in commercial and construction site Security to protect this ever growing community within the campus.

  • Spencer Dock

    Client: Burlington Real Estate
    Contract Duration: 2017 – Present

    MCR provide estate security at the Spencer Dock development which includes commercial and residential properties as well as managing surges in traffic within the area due to events in the nearby Convention Centre.

    We manage the roads, car parking, green spaces, litter control, antisocial behaviour

    24 control room on site which monitors:

    • CCTV
    • Access and egress on site

    Event security to include various events throughout the year such as corporate events at Christmas etc. The control room is located at the bottom of the ramp off Mayor St. We have 24hr security

  • Multi Site Office Security and Cleaning Portfolio

    Client: JLL
    Contract Duration: 2016 – Present

    MCR currently manage Cleaning and Security services to JLL at multiple locations in the IFSC area.

    Security Services provided include daily concierge, mobile patrols and static guarding.

    Cleaning Services provided include deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, cleaning to internal and external glazing and basements and daily office cleaning.

    MCR regularly respond to reactive callouts for ad hoc Cleaning and Security requirements including emergency clean ups such as the removal of bio hazards and leakages. MCR also supply emergency cover for personnel at very short notice in circumstances of absence or busy periods.


  • C&D Foods

    Client: C&D Foods
    Contract Duration: 2017 – Present

    MCR Security provide a 24-hour service to C&D Foods at their Longford plant.

    Our services on site at C&D Foods include:

    • Monitoring both entrances to the site
    • Visitor sign in/sign out
    • Providing appropriate P.P.E equipment for visitors
    • Checking vehicles and accompanying paperwork through the deliveries gate
    • Controlling and operating the weigh bridge
    • CCTV Monitoring
    • Controlling staff access to site via remote gate access
    • Ad-hoc patrols of site throughout the night
    • Providing a patrol vehicle throughout the night ensuring the night officer’s safety
  • Airside Retail Park

    Client: JLL
    Contract Duration: 2014 – Present


    Airside Retail Shopping Centre is located in Swords. Airside is split in two with a shopping area and business park. There is also a substantial level of car dealers located in Airside adding to traffic levels at the centre.

    Airside Retail were having trouble with ‘boy racers’ with modified cars congregating after hours at the centre on the first Friday of each month. They were able to gain access as the car park had no gates on the retail park side. MCR carried out a security survey on how to prevent 300 plus cars from entering the car park while not impinging on the business of the retail park. For example. Mc Donald’s has a drive through that had to be able to continue to trade as normal.

    MCR came up with a plan for closing off each car park section, designed the best way to move cars out of each car park section, and put procedures in place to ensure that no ‘boy racer’ entered the car park going forward.


    Initial Set Up of Car Park Plan:

    • MCR suggested that removable steel posts could be put in certain positions on the road at the entrance routes into the retail park, as businesses were closing for the night. MCR had additional security on the day of installation, watching out for any modified cars that might come into the retail park prior to closing time, so they could be stopped.
    • We provided temporary barriers to block of the car park around McDonalds, this ensured that McDonalds could trade without interruption
    • As this was taking place, MCR staff were handling the traffic, guiding them in and out of the access road keeping it flowing smoothly to ensure that all patrons could enter McDonalds, all staff could leave the retail park, and that all customers leaving could do so in an orderly fashion.
    • Once all businesses had closed in the retail parks the remaining posts were inserted into the ground ensuring no access for the ‘boy racer’ group.
    • We had traffic management staff there all night to ensure that the McDonalds car park and other late night business traded as normal.
    • We had security patrol vehicles in Airside all night patrolling to ensure that nothing was tampered with
    • A few boy racers tried to access the McDonalds car park but our patrol vans blocked their access and then they left.
    • At 06.30hrs the following morning we started to remove all the steel posts and temporary barriers to allow all business to trade as normal
  • The Park Carrickmines

    Client: JLL
    Contract Duration: 2016 – Present

    MCR provide the following services as part of our Security service provision at The Park.

    Services include:

    • The provision of a vehicle on site
    • 24-hour security
    • Monitoring retail and commercial buildings
    • Dealing with traffic issues
    • Dealing with car park issues
    • Locking up and opening up of buildings
    • Managing the fire alarms
    • Managing the intruder alarms
    • Dealing with customer care issues
    • Dealing with lost children
    • Dealing with antisocial behaviour and loitering on site
    • Deterring shoplifters

    MCR implemented a new emergency response pack on site at The Park to deal with any incidents such as medical issues, collisions, pedestrians being knocked down etc.

    All officers wear Body Worn Cameras and are fully trained on General Data Protection Regulations.

    All officers are trained in Occupational first aid & De-Fib.

  • Rottapharm

    Client: Rottapharm
    Contract Duration: 2014 – Present

    MCR manages cleaning, engineering and security services at Rottapharm.

    Cleaning Services Provided:

    Prior to using MCR, Rottapharm used a number of different contractors to carry out various cleaning services at the plant including:

    • GMP areas such as clean rooms
    • Industrial cleaning such as windows, power washing, clean room deep cleans
    • Daily office cleaning
    • Washroom consumables
    • Landscaping

    MCR were able to provide a single supplier solution for all the above services to Rottapharm at their Damastown facility and one fixed monthly bill for all the combined services, with quarterly KPI/SLA reviews ensuring standards are kept very high at all times


    Security Services Provided:

    MCR have a 24 hour Security presence at Rottapharm’s Damastown facility. Duties on site include:

    • Managing the Building Management System
    • Patrol and check of the emergency door and report any defects
    • All officers are trained to put on protective clothing while entering certain areas on site
    • All officers have received specialist training called Known Suppliers training as the warehouse is a Bonded warehouse
    • Fortnightly meeting are held with facility management to ensure standards are high
    • MCR patrol supervisors monitor the officers while on duty each night to ensure standards are high
    • Monthly toolbox talks are given to all officers deployed to this location
    • All officers are trained on emergency evacuation procedures
    • Controlling the access and egress of personnel through CCTV and electric gates


    Engineering Services Provided:

    • MCR manage the service of all loading bays and the goods lift at the Rottapharm plant


  • Styne House

    Client: Jones Lang La Salle
    Contract Duration: 2016 – Present

    MCR currently manage Cleaning and Security services for JLL at Styne House.


    Security Services provided include daily concierge, building management, mobile patrols, static security, open/lockup and alarm activations.

    Daily Concierge

    • Taking care of all queries from clients, tenants and visitors
    • Ensuring that all visitors that are authorised on the VAP system are signed in and are escorted to the relevant area within the building without the need to contact the relevant site contact. Any visitors that have not been authorised on the system are announced to the relevant contact and then escorted upon the tenant’s approval.
    • Delivering of post and packages as well as arranging courier and postal services for tenants
    • Arranging deliveries of flowers, wine and other ad hoc requests


    Building Manager

    • Managing the BMS system
    • Managing the access and egress of contractors on site
    • Ensuring cleaning is up to standard
    • Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained on site
    • Updating and implementing the fire evacuation procedures on site and ensuring all tenants are aware of these procedures


    Cleaning Services

    Cleaning Services provided include deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, cleaning to internal and external glazing, cleaning to basement upon request and daily office cleaning.


    MCR regularly respond to reactive callouts for ad hoc Cleaning and Security requirements including emergency clean ups such as the removal of bio hazards and leakages. MCR also supply emergency cover for personnel at very short notice in circumstances of absence or busy periods.
