MCR currently manage Cleaning and Security services for JLL at Styne House.


Security Services provided include daily concierge, building management, mobile patrols, static security, open/lockup and alarm activations.

Daily Concierge

  • Taking care of all queries from clients, tenants and visitors
  • Ensuring that all visitors that are authorised on the VAP system are signed in and are escorted to the relevant area within the building without the need to contact the relevant site contact. Any visitors that have not been authorised on the system are announced to the relevant contact and then escorted upon the tenant’s approval.
  • Delivering of post and packages as well as arranging courier and postal services for tenants
  • Arranging deliveries of flowers, wine and other ad hoc requests


Building Manager

  • Managing the BMS system
  • Managing the access and egress of contractors on site
  • Ensuring cleaning is up to standard
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained on site
  • Updating and implementing the fire evacuation procedures on site and ensuring all tenants are aware of these procedures


Cleaning Services

Cleaning Services provided include deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, cleaning to internal and external glazing, cleaning to basement upon request and daily office cleaning.


MCR regularly respond to reactive callouts for ad hoc Cleaning and Security requirements including emergency clean ups such as the removal of bio hazards and leakages. MCR also supply emergency cover for personnel at very short notice in circumstances of absence or busy periods.
